ServSafe Training


BiRite partners with the California Restaurant Association to host a ServSafe Managerial training course with certification exam. Training is held multiple times each year with discounted pricing for BiRite customers. Training sessions include the topics of: basic food safety practices for preparing and serving food, how to prevent foodborne illnesses, how to train employees in food sanitation, and the essentials of responsible alcohol service.
